STRATEGY / APPROACH
Only the most interesting / outlandish veg would work, to drive home the veg message. The colour palette was chosen carefully; complementary colours combined with a splash of contrast.
EXECUTION
Working with experienced Food Stylist and Photographer, Mark Wildsmith, we researched the most aesthetically pleasing, and most unlikely veg to find in a burger. The Romanesco cauliflower provides a strong colour, fantastic textures and an alien-like / landscape effect. The Lion’s Mane mushroom is off the charts in terms of texture and surreality.
