CONCEPT / OBJECTIVE
Pure fun in a glass. New cocktail idea for Krupnik Róża (Rose) Vodka Liqueur.
KRUPNIK RÓŻA BEZA
Add a generous pour of Krupnik Róża to a long-stemmed dessert glass. Top with a whole pomegranate meringue nest, pomegranate arils and a juicy cherry. Blow citrus bubbles across the glass (optional depending on clientele). If the drink is consumed through the straw, meringue scraps will infiltrate the liqueur, contrasting in flavour and texture. Serve with a side of pomegranate mousse - perfect for meringue or cherry dipping.
